Lakota Fall 09

New Ambassador Wolf

This photo was taken in October of 2009. Lakota appears to be the premier ambassador from the spring issue of pups. He seems to possess the needed personality for that job. This is just a 'Press Release Photo'.

Volunteers Summer 2009

We had two voluteers helping out at the Sanctuary during the summer of 2009. Each has contributed a synopsis of their experinces while on Goldhill. Read them here.

Alex's Story

RMWF had a visitor who stayed much longer than 'Just Overnight'. Alex from Southern California spent the summer on Goldhill. He reviews his summer experiences here, click on Alex's picture or the link below to read his story.

Successful "Spring Fundraiser" at The Abbey

The May 16th Spring Fundraiser is now history; it was a big success and a learning experience. We have a lot of "supporters" to thank for their generosity in participating, donating time, funds, and auction items, and making the event fun and successful.  Click for More Info

New Additions to the "Pack"

The Kids The Kids The Kids

May 22, 2009 - Ladyhawke and Shone presented the RMWF pack with four new members on May 8th and all are healthy and doing fine. Three of the pups were taken from their shelter on May 21st in order to develop ambassadors for the pack. They are one female, Cherokee (Aniyunwiya), and two males, Lakota and Apache (Ndee). One pup, gender unknown, Navajo (Dine'e), remains for her parents to raise. Cherokee, Lakota, and Apache are being bottle fed and have plenty of babysitting offers from RMWF Friends of the Wolves.
